Article 1. Definitions

Jip’s Road to the Tour: the user of these Terms and Conditions, representative of the website and the associated services/collaboration activities.

Visitor/Donor/Partner: any natural person or legal entity who visits the Website, makes contact, makes a donation, or enters into a collaboration agreement through the Website.

Agreement: any arrangement or agreement, such as a donation or partnership package, concluded between the Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation and the Donor/Partner through the Website or electronically.

Article 2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to the Website and to all quotations, offers, collaboration packages, and agreements concluded through the Website or by email.

By using the Website to make a donation or purchase a collaboration package, the Visitor/Donor/Partner accepts the applicability of these terms and conditions.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if they have been confirmed in writing or electronically by the Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation.

Article 3. The offer and the agreement

All offers, listings, and collaboration packages on the Website are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.

An Agreement is concluded when the Donor completes the order or registration process on the Website and payment has been successfully completed through payment provider Mollie, or after written confirmation by email.

The Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation reserves the right to refuse partnership requests without stating reasons.

Article 4. Prices and payment (Mollie)

All rates stated on the Website are in euros (€) and, where applicable, exclusive or inclusive of VAT as stated in the overview.

Payments for donations are made through the online payment methods offered on the Website and are facilitated by payment service provider Mollie.

The Partner must make payment immediately after accepting an agreement for a partnership package. The selected partnership package or consideration will be activated only after payment has been received.

Article 5. Intellectual property and trademark rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the Website and its content, including texts, photos, videos, background stories and design, as well as the official logo and branding of the Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation, are vested exclusively in the Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation and/or its licensors/designers.

Visitors and third parties are not permitted, without the prior written consent of the Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation, to copy, reproduce, edit, or disclose content, photos, or the logo for commercial or public purposes.

Media outlets or partners wishing to use visual material must contact us in writing in advance.

Article 6. Liability

The Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation makes every effort to keep the information on the Website as up to date, accurate, and complete as possible, but provides no guarantees in this regard.

The Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Website, interruptions, or the inability to access the Website.

Sports results, schedules, and future plans are ambitions and may change, including due to injuries or changes in tournaments.

Article 7. Force majeure

The Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation is not obliged to fulfil any obligation towards the Partner, Donor, or Visitor if it is prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance not attributable to its fault (force majeure), including illness, injuries, pandemics, or technical failures by third parties such as hosting providers or the payment service Mollie.

Article 8. Complaints and applicable law

Questions or complaints about the use of the Website or concluded collaboration packages may be submitted through the contact form or via the email address listed on the Website.

All legal relationships to which the Jip’s Road to the Tour foundation is a party are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
